  5. 8th April 1992: v0.8b1 release
  6.     • "application settings": each app can have its own screen depth,
  7.       sound level, colour/b&w setting, default document (opened if no
  8.       other document specified) and default "open file" folder
  9.     • can now have "first-class" documents in main menu and groups
  10.     • improved internal data structures: much reduced memory requirements
  11.     • internal aliases for disks under system 7
  12.     • when launching "other app", holding option key down when
  13.       app selected from dialog now brings up "other doc" dialog
  14.     • in "set switching key" dialog, delete without modifier

  17.     • can now exclude DAs and extensions (notably CEIAC) from

  51. 31st December 1991: v0.7b2 release (0.7b1 not released)
  52.     • Eagle v1.0 introduced

  82.           when certain applications (Red Ryder and QUED/M) were frontmost
  83.         • fixed problems when moving items from a deleted group when
  84.           items with the same name were already in the main menu

  86.           with document list was selected and moved to another group and
  87.           the same app then added to the main menu (didn't happen very often!)
